At Cross & Canvas, we currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Cross & Canvas is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
